JH.. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2027 <br />- - - - - - - - - - - AUG 1 8 1990 <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br />BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, TO PROVIDE <br />FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, <br /> AND 2-65. <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, <br />for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1~~0 - June 30, 1~~1, in the amounts set <br />forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />Three Hundred Sixty Thousand and no/100 dollars ($360,000.00) <br />for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the Redwood <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the special <br />tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0131 on each <br />One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all taxable real property <br />within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said <br />District was established by Resolution No. 458~, adopted by the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with <br />all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 2. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 2-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, <br />for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1990 - June 30, 1991, in the amounts set <br />forth herein as follows, to wit: <br /> -1- <br />
