Marengo Ave., Suite <br />200, Pasadena, California 9110] ("Occu-Med"), and the CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, whose principal place of business is 1038 <br />Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California 94064 ("CITY"). <br /> <br /> RECITALS <br /> <br /> A. Occu-Med is a nationally recognized leader in the <br />provision of occupational health and medical standards <br />consulting services and has developed a widely accepted employee <br />medical screening program known as THE Occu-Med SYSTEM <br />("SYSTEM"). <br /> <br /> B. Occu-Med has organized an association of users of <br /> this SYSTEM into THE Occu-Med NETWORK ("NETWORK"), which members <br /> have the common goal of providing for their employees and <br /> applicants for employment fair and equitable decisions relative <br /> to their physical/medical capability of performing particular <br /> j obs. <br /> <br /> C. The CITY desires to utilize 0ccu-Med's services to <br /> implement the SYSTEM for placement of applicants/ employees in <br /> <br /> <br />
