· DES:mmg ~6/08/89 (#40/026) <br /> <br /> RIGINA <br /> AGREEMenT <br /> <br /> CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT CLAIMS ANALYSIS AND ADVISORY SERVICES <br /> (Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction Project) <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~day of <br /> ~ , 1989, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br /> CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> ("CITY") and HARRIS & ASSOCIATES, INC., Consulting Engineers, a <br /> California corporation ("Harris"); <br /> <br /> WI TNE S SETH : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City desires Harris to undertake Construction <br /> Contract Claims Analysis and Advisory services relative to City's <br /> Seaport Boulevard Reconstruction Project ("Project") to assist <br /> City with the resolution of outstanding claims and contractual <br /> disputes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Harris represents that it possesses the <br /> <br /> professional skills necessary to provide said services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant has represented to City that it is <br /> uniquely qualified and experienced to perform all of the services <br /> referred to in this Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City and Harris desire to enter into an Agreement <br /> whereby the foregoing may be accomplished; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br /> agreements hereinafter set forth, Harris agrees to perform all of <br /> the work hereinafter specified in this Agreement, subject to and <br /> in accordance with all of the terms and conditions hereinafter <br /> <br /> <br />
