Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />There were no items of correspondence for the Commission to review. <br /> <br />ORAL COMMUN ICA TIONS <br /> <br />Corinne Centeno introduced Jesus UChuy" Aranda and Derald Blackmore as <br />candidates for the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />There were no other oral communications. <br /> <br />ITEM 1 - Presentation by Skate Park Task Force, Rules and Regulations <br /> <br />Superintendent Chris Beth reviewed information on the bids received for the <br />Skate Park and Restroom/Concession/Storage Facility, which came in <br />substantially over the Engineer's Estimate. The Engineering staff is currently <br />reviewing the bids and expects to move forward for Council approval on <br />
