REG:yc:4/28/64-7 <br />., <br />R E S O L U T T O N N O. <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL PLAN LINES ON CANYON <br />ROAD FROM JEFFERSON AVENUE TO OAK KNOLL DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 31.1, et seq., <br />of Ordinance No. 600, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, the <br />Redwood City Planning Commission has initiated proceedings for <br />the adoption of official plan lines on Canyon Road from Jefferson <br />Avenue to Oak Knoll Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, after due notice and public hearing, as required by <br />the above mentioned Ordinance No. 600, the Redwood City Planning <br />Commission did make its recommendation to this Council that the <br />proposed plan lines be established by the adoption of official <br />plan lines; and <br />WHEREAS, after due notice, a public hearing has been held <br />by this Council on the plan line map as recommended for adoption <br />by the Planning Commission and this Council has found that the <br />adoption of such plan lines is necessary for the protection of <br />the public interest; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the Council of the City of Redwood City does here- <br />by adopt, as an official plan line of the City of Redwood City, <br />pursuant to Section 31.1, et seq., of Ordinance No. 600, that <br />certain map filed in the office of the City Clerk entitled "City <br />of Redwood City - California - Engineering Department - Official <br />Plan Lines on [on] Canyon Road and on Highland Avenue from Canyon <br />Road to Jefferson Avenue," which map is incorporated herein as <br />if set out at length herein. <br />
