NAN C E N O. /-3 <1;J.. ff.1:J21 .~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REmvOOD CITY APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINlffiBITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED "HAMILTON WAY ANNEX- ATION" AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDVlOOD CITY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January, 1969, the Council of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 5872 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its own motion proceedings to annex to the city of Redwood City all of the territory designated as "Hamilton Way Annexation", and WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- tion, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo, California, and that said commission has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexa- tion, and that said commission has approved the annexation and its boundaries as required by law; and WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, and has found, and again finds: (1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to and touches and is contiguous to the boundaries of the city of Redwood City; and (2) That on January 6, 1969, this Council did adopt its Resolution No. 5872, entitled "Resolution of the Council of the Council of the city of Redwood City Giving Notice of, and De- c1aring its Intention to, Initiate on its own Motion Proceedings to Annex to said City Certain Uninhabited Territory; Describing said Territory and Designating it by the Name 'Hamilton Way An- nexation'; Giving its Reasons for Desiring said 'Annexation;
