<br />DES:lm:6/12/68 <br /> <br />Oi~t';'.lr!!' 1 <br />J \; ~ \.l : ~ . .. <br /> <br />JlJN 24 '68 <br /> <br />ORDLNANCE <br /> <br />N 0.0 <br /> <br />'13~5- <br /> <br />AN 'ORDIN1\.NCE OF THE CITY OF REm-mOD CITY ADOPTING THE <br />FINAL BUDGE'l' OF 'fEE CITY OF ,REm'lOOD crl'Y FOR 'HIE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 1968-JUNE 30, 1969; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF ALL SUf1S SET FORTH <br />IN SAID BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR EfllERGENCY EXPENDI'l'URES, <br />TRANSFERS, ADDITIONAL l\PPROPRIATIONS AND CANCELLATION <br />OF EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS: AND, REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 1319, AS AHENDED, AND ALL ORDINI-\.NCES AND RESO- <br />LUTIONS IN CONFLICl' HEREvJrfH: J\ND, ADOPTING THE BUDGETS <br />FOR GENEP~L IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1-64, NO. 1~65, <br />NO. 2-65 AND NO. 3-65 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1968- <br />JUNE 30, 1969 <br /> <br />'l'HE COUNCIL OF REm-mOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOldS: <br /> <br />\~iEREAS, in accordance with the charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood city, the city Manager has submitted to the council of <br /> <br />the city of Redwood City; a proposed annual budget for the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 196B-June 30, 1969; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 51.5 of the charter of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood city, after due public hearing and notice, the <br /> <br />council of the city of Red'v'J'Ood city has approved said budget <br /> <br />and said budget has been certified by the city Clerk and the <br /> <br />city Manager as the final budget of the city for said fiscal <br /> <br />year; and <br /> <br />WfillREAS, it is the intention of the City of Redwood city <br /> <br />to adopt the abovementioned certified copy of said budget, as <br /> <br />amended, presently on file in the office of , the city Clerk; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />SECTION 01. ADOPTION OF BUDGET. That certain abovementioned <br /> <br />budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969, approved <br /> <br />by the Council of the city of Redwood city and certified by the <br /> <br />city Clerk and the city Manager,' presently on file in the office <br /> <br />of the city Clerk, entitled "City of Redwood city -, 1968-69 <br /> <br />Budget," is hereby referred to and incorpOrated herein as if <br /> <br />fully set forth herein verbatim, and said budget is hereby adopted <br /> <br />as the annual budget of the city of Redwood city for the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />T <br />
