I ~ 37 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br />IN THE VICINITY OF WALNUT STREET, MAPLE STREET, <br />VETERANS BOULEVARD AND BROADWAY; DESIGNATING SAID <br />DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 66-1; <br />DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND, <br />ESTABLISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD <br />WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE <br />PROVIDED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1219 <br /> <br />(Section 11.30 et seq. of the Code of the City of Redwood City) <br /> <br />proceedings for the establishment of an Underground Utility <br /> <br />District in the vicinity of Walnut street, Maple street, Veterans <br /> <br />Boulevard and Broadway were instituted by Resolution No. 4913, <br /> <br />adopted February 7, 1966; and <br /> <br />"WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 4913 the purposes of said <br /> <br />district were set forth, together with its proposed designation <br /> <br />and boundary description, and a time and place of hearing fixed <br /> <br />for the hearing of objections by persons interested in the for- <br /> <br />mation of said district; and <br /> <br />vffiEREAS, notice of the hearing set by Resolution No. 4913 was <br /> <br />provided by mail and publication in accordance with section 11.42 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />"i11HEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br /> <br />Monday, February 28th, 1966, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., at the <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> <br />the following objections were received: <br /> <br />Name and Address <br />of Objector <br /> <br />Oral or <br />written <br /> <br />Nature of <br />Objection <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br />
