R E S O L U T I O N N O.7 r <br />CGM:dp:3/3/76 <br />ORIOGINAt <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION <br />OF GATES AND FENCES ON A PORTION OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY <br />IN THE VICINITY OF 3024 McGARVEY AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, William L. Waller, as owner of real property, <br />MAR 2 2 1976 <br />commonly known as 3024 McGarvey Avenue, Redwood City, California, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />Lot 8, Block 14, Sterling Heights Subdivision, <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 058-371-090 <br />has requested permission to construct gates and fences on a portion <br />of City -owned property in the vicinity of 3024 McGarvey Avenue; <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, subject <br />to certain terms and conditions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the,City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />and cause to be recorded a revocable encroachment permit to <br />William L. Waller to construct gates and fences on a portion of <br />City -owned real property more particularly described in that <br />Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit (form dated 2/26/76) which <br />is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Said <br />revocable encroachment permit shall not be effective until such <br />time as William L. Waller executes an acceptance of its terms and <br />conditions, and pays to the City of Redwood City any fees required <br />therein. <br />2. That the permit granted shall be in the form of the afore- <br />mentioned Grant of Revocable Encroachment Permit. <br />7567 <br />
