<br />-: <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />A-1 Fence, Inc. <br /> <br />REEMENT is made and entered into as of the ('X day of <br />, 201L>, by and between the City of RedWStdCity, a <br />chart r ci an municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and A-1 <br />FENCE, INC. ("Contractor") <br /> <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. City requires Contractor's services. <br /> <br />B. Contractor has the necessary experience in providing professional services <br />and advice. <br /> <br />C. Selection of Contractor is expected to achieve the desired results in an <br />expedited fashion. <br /> <br />D. Contractor has submitted a proposal to City and has affirmed its willingness <br />and ability to perform such work. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br />covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Scope of Work and Time for Performance. Contractor shall perform <br />everything required to be performed, shall provide and furnish all of the <br />labor, equipment, materials, and tools to perform, within thirty (30) <br />calendar days after the NOTICE TO PROCEED, the following work: <br /> <br />FENCE INSTAllATION AT OBSERVATION DECK <br />IN REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />in strict accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and <br />Specifications pertaining thereto as described in Exhibit "A", attached <br />. hereto and incorporated herein, signed by the Manager, Engineering and <br />Construction of Redwood City, which Documents are incorporated herein <br />and made a part of this Agreement as if herein fully set forth. <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall pay to Contractor, as full consideration for the <br />faithful performance by Contractor of the aforementioned work, the <br />amount of Fifteen thousand seven hundred fifty and 00/100 Dollars <br />($15,750.00) computed in accordance with Contractor's accepted <br />Proposal dated August 5, 2010 which accepted Proposal is incorporated <br />herein by reference thereto as if herein fully set forth. <br />
