M y <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3276 <br />RF..SOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br />MARSHALL STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />( JEFFERSON AVENUE TO MAIN STREET j <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on <br />December 5, 1960, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No. 3256, <br />declaring its intention to order the hereinafter described work to <br />be done and improvements to be made in said City of Redwood City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention <br />No. 3256 headed "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT", were duly and regularly <br />posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements <br />and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, <br />and on all of the streets in the district to be assessed therefor, <br />in the time, form, manner and number as required by law, as appears <br />from the affidavit of GLENN M. JAIN, Superintendent of Streets of <br />the City of Redwood City, on file in the office of the Clerk of <br />said City; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of HELEN C. MOORE, Clerk <br />of the City of Redwood City, that notices of the adoption of the <br />said resolution were mailed to all persons owning real property pro- <br />posed to be assessed for said improvements, in the time, form and <br />manner as required by law, which affidavit is on file with the Clerk <br />of said City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS it appears from the affidavit of MARJORIE L. PRINCE <br />that said Resolution of Intention was duly and regularly published <br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a newspaper published, printed and <br />circulated in the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. 3256 and <br />the notices of the passage thereof posted, published and mailed as <br />aforesaid, said Council of the City of Redwood City fixed Monday, <br />-1- <br />
