RD-87-04 RD 87-04 MAR 9 1987 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING, BY REFERENCE, CONFLICT OF INTEREST ~.IGINAL <br /> CODE OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974, as amended (Cal. <br />Gov't. C. §§81000, et seq), requires every state or local <br />government agency to adopt and promulgate a conflict of interest <br />code; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the California Fair Political Practices Commission <br /> <br />has adopted a regulation (2 Cal.Admin. C. §18730) which contains <br />the terms of a standard model conflict of interest code, which <br />local ag.encies can incorporate by reference as the conflict of <br />interest code for such agencies within the meaning of Government <br />Code Section 87300; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has determined that the attached <br />Exhibit "A" accurately sets forth those positions which should be <br />designated and the categories of financial interest which should <br />be made reportable for employees and consultants who work for the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The terms of 2 Cal. Admin. Code Section 18730 and any <br />amendments to it duly adopted by the Fair Political Practices <br />Commission together with the attached Exhibit "A", in which <br />employees and consultants are designated and disclosure <br />categories are set forth, are herein incorporated by reference, <br /> <br /> <br />
