P -2128 <br /> RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING CONSIDERATION PURSUANT TO THE <br /> CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF THE PROPOSED <br /> MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND INITIAL STUDY FOR THE <br /> SRDC RECYCLING FACILITY PROJECT LOCATED AT THE PORT OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> MATEO; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS PERTAINING TO A CERTAIN <br /> PROJECT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; APPROVING THE MITIGATED <br /> NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MMRP RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> IMPACTS FOR SAID PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A <br /> NOTICE OF DETERMINATION AND THE PAYMENT OF EXPENDITURES, <br /> FEES AND COSTS RELATED THERETO <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act ( "CEQA "; Pub. Resources Code §21000, et seq. and 14 Cal. Regs. <br /> 15000 et seq.), the City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners (the "Port ") undertook the preparation of an Initial Study and <br /> prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the SRDC Recycling Facility <br /> project (the "Project "); and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed project will be located at the Port of Redwood <br /> City, east of 101 at 475 Seaport Blvd., Redwood City, CA 94063 (the "Site "; APN <br /> 054 - 300 -530); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port is the lead agency for the CEQA decision for the <br /> Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port has conducted an Initial Study to examine potential <br /> impacts of the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Site is located on a site listed by the Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control that has undergone Corrective Action under the Site Clean - <br /> up Program (Site #800001379). <br /> -1 - <br /> Reso 179 <br /> 02/09/2011 <br /> 03/09/2011 <br /> Scanned <br />
