<br /> DETERMINATION OF SIGNIFICANT EFFECT, AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION,
<br /> DRAFT REPORT, USE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, AND NOTICE
<br /> OF PROJECT APPROVAL, RESPECTIVELY, AND ADDING PARAGRAPHS
<br /> 7 (f) , 10. 5, AND 11. 5, RELATING TO TIME LIMITS, NOTICE OF
<br /> EXEMPTION, AND RESPONSIBLE AGENCY, RESPECTIVELY, AND DELETING
<br /> EXHIBIT A, SETTING FORTH CERTAIN CALIFORNIA ADMINISTRATIVE
<br /> CODE SECTIONS, OF, TO, AND FROM RESOLUTION NO. 6882 ESTAB-
<br /> LISHING OBJECTIVES, CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES FOR THE EVALUATION
<br /> OF CERTAIN PROJECTS, AND THE PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL
<br /> IMPACT REPORTS IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY
<br /> WHEREAS, the California Environmental Quality Act and the
<br /> State Guidelines promulgated by the Department of Resources
<br /> pursuant thereto, have both been amended in certain particulars;
<br /> and
<br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend and revise this City' s
<br /> resolution establishing objectives, criteria, and procedures for
<br /> the evaluation of projects and the preparation of environmental
<br /> impact reports enacted pursuant to California Public Resources Code
<br /> Section 21082 in order that said objectives, criteria, and procedures
<br /> shall be consistent with the aforementioned amendments to the
<br /> California Environmental Quality Act and the State Guidelines;
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE;
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY,
<br /> AS FOLLOWS :
<br /> 1 . Paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 6882, entitled "Resolution
<br /> Establishing Objectives , Criteria, and Procedures for the Evaluation
<br /> of Certain Projects , and the Preparation of Environmental Impact
<br /> Reports in the City of Redwood City; and Rescinding Resolution
<br /> No. 6865, " adopted April 2 , 1973 (hereinafter in this resolution
<br /> referred to as "Resolution No. 6882") , is hereby amended to read
<br /> as follows :
