WAY, 3127 , OAK KNOLL DRI�7E) Y�REAS, the owner of the hereina£ter described property situate at 3127 Oak Knoll Drive in the County of S,:�n Mateo and outside of the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City, has applied to the City for a permit to connect to the Redwood City sewer system; and b4F�REAS, in support of said application the applicant has established exceptional and extraordinary conditions affecting the subject property anci affecting the public health and sa£ety; and � T�F�REAS, this Council has received evidence indicating the existence of and has found that exceptional and extraordinary circumstances affecting this property and affecting the public health and sa£ety exist, which circumstances require the granting of a sewer connection permit to the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDIn700D CITY, AS FOLLOF7S: l. Based upon the above mentioned Pinding o£ exceptional and extraordinary circumstances relating to the subject applica- tion, a sewer connection permit is hereby granted to connect the hereina£ter described property to the Redwood City sewer system pursuant to Section 27.21.1 of the Redwood City Municipal Code subject to the conditions stated herein. 2. The permit.granted herein shall be subject to the fol- lowing fees, terms and conditions: , (a) The permit granted herein shall be further subject to all oP the provisions of Chapter 27 of the � Municipal Code relating to sewers,,'sewage disposal and drainage, and all other applicable resolutions and ordinances of the City of Redwood City.
