The Downtown Precise Plan shall include text and - . <br />eh�bits n: <br />Community Intent and Guiding Principles; Development Regulations; City Activiti <br />. � � and Historic Resourms Preservation Strategy. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of the California Environment men #1 uiity <br />Act t 'CEQA" and its implementing regulations the "CE QA Guidelines" � <br />}� the Cft <br />prepared a Draft E nvironmental Impact Report " EI to evaluate the <br />pote <br />environmental impacts of the adoption and implementation of the proposed Down <br />Precise Plan; <br />WHEREAS, the DEIR was published for public review and comment <br />for 45 days <br />beginning on September 21, 2010, and ending on November 5, 201 The DEIR was <br />filed with the State Office of Planning Research under State Clearingh cuss N. <br />2006052027# <br />WHEREAS, on September 21, 2010, and October 2 201 the Planning <br />Jannrng <br />Commission held duly noticed public hearings to receive ubli comment <br />EI; <br />p the Dra <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared written responses to the co ens ` <br />recerved <br />during the comment period and included these responses in a separate volume <br />entitled <br />"' Environmental Impact Report for the Redwood d Cit o wnto n Pr ci <br />e Plan <br />Responses to Comments and Revisions to the Draft EI R" which together with <br />the E)Eir <br />c onstftutes the Final Environmental Impact Report ("FEIR"), and also re .. prepared <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program "MM P" pursuant to the req uirements nt f <br />A and the CEA Guidelines; and <br />� <br />WHEREAS, on December 14, 2010, a duly noticed ubli hearing f the <br />Planning Commission was geld to consider recommendations to the Cl Council <br />� <br />regarding 'the FEIJ, the MM and the proposed Downtown Precise Plan. <br />N OW THEREFORE, E, IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISS <br />THE CITY of REDWOOD CITY, As FOLLOWS: <br />1, The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein b y this reference. <br />A M/RES01RES0.2064 <br />120810 <br />
