CGM:wg:8/22/74 ORIG1i�AL �26 74 RESOLUTION NO. � 255 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF MARLIN SUBDIVISION NO. 4, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CI�i'`Y, AS FOLLOWS : That certain final map of Marlin Subdivision No. 4 in the City of Redwood City, prepared by R. M. Galloway and Associates Inc. , civil engineers, for Norpen Development Company, a California corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City on August 6, 1974, is hereby approved, and all offers of land for public use therein made on said map are here- by accepted subject to the following conditions : l. That, prior to the delivery of said map to the owner of said subdivision and prior to its recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and the said owner or subdivider, on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Marlin Subdivision No. 4", wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the approval of said map by the City and the acceptance by the City of the dedication of lands for public use therein contained, shall agree to construct and complete, within the time specified in said agreement, all street and other improvements required of owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for the improvement of "� 255
