' � <br /> RESOLUTION NO.P-2212 <br /> RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING CONSIDERATION PURSUANT TO THE <br /> CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF THE PROPOSED <br /> MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND INITIAL STUDY FOR THE <br /> CARBON BLACK PROJECT LOCATED AT THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO; APPROVING <br /> THE INITIAL STUDY AND THE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED <br /> NEGATIVE DECLARATION; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CIRCULATION <br /> AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE NOTICE OF INTENT AND RELATED <br /> DOCUMENTS FOR SAID PROJECT; AND APPROVING THE PAYMENTS OF <br /> EXPENDITURES, FEES AND COSTS RELATED TO THE CIRCULATION AND <br /> DISTRIBUTION THEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act ("CEQA"; Pub. Resources Code §21000, et seq. and 14 Cal. Regs. <br /> 15000 et seq.), the City of Redwood City, by and through its Board of Port <br /> Commissioners (the "Port") undertook the preparation of an Initial Study and <br /> prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration in connection with the Carbon Black <br /> Project located at 475 Seaport Blvd. or 151 Hinman Rd., Redwood City, CA <br /> 94063 (the "Project"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port is the Lead Agency for the California Environmental <br /> Quality Act (CEQA) decision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port has conducted an Initial Study to examine potential <br /> impacts; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Port Commission is Lead Agency under CEQA for <br /> projects proposed on Port land; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Port of Redwood City is contemplating the future approval <br /> of the Carbon Black Project; and <br /> PoR—Reso 118 <br /> 09f06/13 � <br /> FXS ,p� <br /> � <br />
