Attachment A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14-06 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TM2014- <br /> 02, A TWO-LOT SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL NO. 059-153-060, <br /> PURSUANT TO THE REDWOOD CITY SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant, James Thompson, filed an application for a Tentative <br /> Parcel Map to subdivide an existing residential lot known as APN 059-1 53-1 60 (435 & <br /> 437 East Oakwood Boulevard) Redwood City, California, into two separate lots; and <br /> WHEREAS, because design exceptions to the Subdivision Ordinance were <br /> requested as part of the application, the Subdivision Committee shall make a <br /> recommendation to the Planning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 2014, a public hearing notice was published in The <br /> Redwood City Daily News and mailed to interested parties and all property owners <br /> within 300 feet of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 23, 2014, the Subdivision Committee conducted a duly <br /> noticed public hearing, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the Redwood <br /> City Subdivision Ordinance, to consider Application No. TM2014-02, and upon receiving <br /> and considering oral and documentary evidence on the application, forwarded a <br /> recommendation of approval to the Planning Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 9, 2014, a public hearing notice was published in The <br /> Redwood City Daily News and mailed to interested parties and all property owners <br /> within 300 feet of the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 20, 2014, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City held a duly noticed public hearing in accordance with all applicable requirements of <br /> the Redwood City Subdivision Ordinance, to consider Tentative Parcel Map Application <br /> No. TM2014-02; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 20, 2014, the Planning Commission fully reviewed, <br /> considered, and evaluated the staff reports prepared for the Project including the <br /> attachments to the staff reports, oral and written public testimony, and all other <br /> documents and evidence in the public record on the Project. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the above recitals are accurate <br /> and constitute findings in this matter and, together with the Staff Report and the <br /> application materials, including without limitation the Tentative Parcel Map, and all other <br /> documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written testimony, and <br /> materials in the City's file for the application and the Project, and all adopted City <br /> ATTY/RES0.2980/PC EAST OAKWOOD DRIVE <br /> REV:05-12-14 VR <br /> Page 1 of 9 <br />
