Per mitigation measures MM NOI -1 and MM CUM NOI -1, Applicant <br /> shall construct seven -foot tall noise barriers between the approved play areas <br /> and the adjacent residences in accordance with the noise barrier locations <br /> identified in Figure 4.2 -2 of the Final EIR. <br /> 5. Prior to the installation of signage, Applicant shall submit an <br /> application for a Sign Permit for review and approval by the Zoning Administrator. <br /> 6. Applicant shall comply with all City, State, and Federal regulations <br /> applicable to the Project, including the Building and Fire Codes. <br /> 7. If Building Permit application plans are not submitted by December <br /> 20, 2013, the Project shall be subject to the 2013 Building Codes and all applicable <br /> City, State, and Federal codes. <br /> 8. Maximum enrollment for the Project shall not exceed 180 students <br /> on the subject property. <br /> 9. All student pick -up and drop -off activity shall occur entirely on the <br /> subject property within the designated areas as shown on the approved plans. <br /> 10. Applicants shall insure that all outdoor activities conform to the <br /> approved schedule as out Tined for the Project. Any modifications that are <br /> deemed by the City to be an expansion of the approved uses under this Use <br /> Permit shall be subject to a modification of the Use Permit in accordance with <br /> Article 42 of the City's Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 11. Prior to the installation of permanent outdoor play structures and <br /> equipment on the subject property, detailed plans shall be submitted to Planning <br /> Services for review and approval, and shall comply with all applicable code <br /> requirements including height, setbacks, and construction. <br /> 12. Applicant shall comply with fire flow requirements as established by <br /> the Fire Department which are based on the Uniform Fire Code. Fire flow tests <br /> are typically performed during the preliminary design phase but must be <br /> completed prior to submittal of final design. Applicant shall contact the Fire <br /> Department for fire flow requirements. <br /> 13. Applicant shall evaluate and determine whether existing water main <br /> meet the domestic and fire flow requirements in accordance with City Code <br /> Section 38.26 and Uniform Fire Code. Calculations and size of proposed water <br /> main shall be submitted to the Engineering Department for approval. <br /> 14.
