RESOLUTION NO. 15336 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY DENYING THE APPEAL AND APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> PERMIT, VESTING TENTATIVE MAP, AND CONDOMINIUM PERMIT FOR THE <br /> PETE'S HARBOR PROJECT UPON CONSIDERING ADDENDUM NO. 2 WITH <br /> THE 2003 MARINA SHORES VILLAGE EIR AND ADDENDUM NO. 1 <br /> The motion also includes the revised resolution with various changes including a <br /> revised Condition #6 among others. Motion carried unanimously 7-0 by electronic <br /> vote. <br /> 9. STAFF REPORT(S) — None. <br /> 10. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> A. City Council Member Report of Conferences Attended <br /> B. City Council Committee Reports <br /> Council Member Howard attended a Water Transit Advocate meeting, of which she is <br /> the Co-Chair, regarding ferry service and she share some statistical information that has <br /> been outstanding with their aggressive campaign. They discussed the possibility of <br /> having some shared activities at the PortFest and other things they are working on. <br /> Council Member Seybert spoke about the SBSA (formerly the South Bayside System <br /> Authority) that is now known as the Silicon Valley New Clean Water and how he <br /> appreciated his colleague's and staff's efforts with the bond measure going to market <br /> with substantial savings received on the interest rates. <br /> Council Member Pierce reported out on the BAWSCA (Bay Area Water Supply and <br /> Conservation Agency) and gave a heads up that there will be a new assessment that is <br /> small enough that there should not be much difference to subscribers. They are also <br /> aggressively following a Water Improvement Plan and looking at extending state <br /> oversight program. <br /> Council Member Aguirre spoke about Public Policy at the University of Southern <br /> California and said she completed the program for Executive Leadership in Public <br /> Policy as part of her duties on the League of California Cities. <br /> Mayor Gee said he received two recent proclamation requests for April 1 st to be <br /> proclaimed as Mayor's Day of Recognition for National Service by the Corporation for <br /> National Community which will be mailed out as per their request. The other <br /> proclamation request was from Mills Peninsula Health Services for their May 29th event. <br /> He said that last Wednesday was Mayors for Meals, hosted by the Peninsula <br /> Volunteers, and they have been delivering meals to seniors for the last 36 years that he <br /> attended.
