instructions issued under the Act. <br /> (b) It shall employ PSE participants in certain position <br /> titles and salary ranges , as specified in Attachment A-1 , 2 , 3 <br /> to this agreement, incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> (c) It shall provide job-related training and counseling <br /> services to participants in accordance with the requirements of <br /> Title II of the Act and Exhibit "A" , attached. <br /> (d) It shall endeavpr to prepare participants for unsubsidized <br /> employment. <br /> (e) It shall make available descriptions of its PSE positions <br /> to all interested persons. <br /> (f) Funds granted hereunder may be spent only in accordance <br /> with Employing Agency' s approved budget and for purposes allowed <br /> under the Act. <br /> (g) Employing Agency shall maintain fiscal records in a manner <br /> which will enable all funds received and all expenditures hereunder <br /> to be fully traced. <br /> Employing Agency shall submit to annual audit and to audit at <br /> termination of this agreement by an auditor chosen by City. Records <br /> shall be auditable at all times . Supporting documents shall be <br /> preserved and in order at all times. Employing Agency shall make <br /> its records available for audit and shall cooperate with the auditor. <br /> In the event of any audit exceptions discovered by City' s <br /> auditor or any interested Federal agency, Employing Agency agrees <br /> to pay to City the full amount of City' s liability to the Federal <br /> Government resulting from said audit exceptions. <br /> (h) Employing Agency hereby affirms that it shall not discrimi- <br /> nate against any person under this agreement because of race, <br /> creed, color, handicap, national origin, sex, age or political <br /> -2- <br />
