Attachment A
requirements
Provide multi-lingual
Content Integration with
website content
translation
capabilities.
As part of your project, we will implement
the free Google translation link in your
website. This link will direct website
visitors to the Google translation website.
We will provide links at the top of your
homepage that allow for easy navigation
between the different language sites.
NOTE: Please note that without multilingual
support components, you can still add your
non-English content directly into the
Vision Content Management System. This can
simply be treated as a department. While
the graphics would not be changed in the
navigation and headers, the alternate
language text could be added directly by
your staff. This approach is beneficial
when you only need a few non-English pages.
Ability to reorganize
content to different
sections of the
website/intranet without
manually changing
content links
If a link is created from one webpage to
another, and the linked webpage is moved,
the link will automatically update itself
to the correct location on your website.
The CMS handles version
control that allows a
page, section or the
whole website to be
rolled back to a
previous revision or
point in time.
The Version Control feature lets site
administrators save multiple versions of
any page on the website. Additionally, if
content changes seasonally, multiple
versions can be queued up then published.

The CMS handles file
storage to maintain
historical, existing and
future records, press
releases and with
version control.
Up to three versions of a document may be
saved.
ATTY/AGR/2014.178/WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGR
REV: 09-16-14 GK & PT
City’s Initials_____

Contractor’s Initials_____

7.1.G. - Page 25
