7.3.C. - Page 6 ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> ATTACHMENT B <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This FIRST AMENDMENT to the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (dated June 10, 2008) <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a Charter City and Municipal Corporation of the State of <br /> California ( "City "), and Pamela Thompson ( "Employee ") is entered into as of the 7 day of <br /> October, 2014. <br /> WHEREAS, in conformance with its performance review and compensation program for <br /> its appointees, the City Council has evaluated salary survey data of comparable positions in <br /> benchmark cities, and wishes to adjust Employee's salary accordingly as well as acknowledge <br /> benefit concessions and Employee's performance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in the original <br /> Agreement and as provided herein, the Agreement is AMENDED, as follows: <br /> 1. The opening provision states in error: "THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the <br /> 10 day of June, 2008...." and therefore is AMENDED to read: "THIS AGREEMENT <br /> is entered into as of the 10 day of June 2010." The City Clerk is directed to notate by <br /> hand the corrected date on the original Agreement and any copies with the initials of <br /> the City Clerk as verification. <br /> 2.
