Additionally , the <br /> use of drought tolerant materials together with native materials <br /> which are compatible for ornamental use will be used . All efforts <br /> will be made in the design for the park to maximize the conservation <br /> of water ; not only on a short term basis , but also for long range <br /> conservation .
