• • Recreation Division Monthly Report Center Operations ( cont . ) Junior High Recreation Nights : Wednesday nights at the Red Morton Center have been very active . Teens have four different activities to choose from : 1 ) the game room with foosball and air hockey ; 2 ) the pool room which has speakers that provide rock music as well as three pool tables ; 3 ) the gym with two basketball games going on plus the side baskets are also being used , and 4 ) the ceramics room with special interest activi - ties such as bingo , tye dying and other crafts . Tuesday Nights at Hoover School : The program is maintaining around 40 to 50 teens a night . Crafts and structured games have been introduced to the teens . They seem to like the idea of having a variety of activities . Ski Trip : The ski trip was cancelled because of lack of snow . Volleyball Marathon : The Sequoia High Junior Class had its 3rd Annual Volleyball Marathon . Starting time was Friday , February 18 , at 8 : 00 p . m . until Sunday , February 20 , 8 : 00 p . m . ; the marathon lasted 48 hours . Over 150 students participated and the pledges go to the Junior Prom to help with expenses . Special Interest Classes : Dancing Improvisation and the Exercise Class for Girls are both filled . The teens enjoy a variety of new exercises and dance steps .
