Mr . Ferrando informed the Commission that the Spring Recreation Schedule <br /> would be distributed on Friday , March 25 , and will be an 8 page schedule . <br /> The YMCA has purchased a 1 / 2 page to advertise their spring programs . <br /> Chairperson Pound suggested a note be added on the page stating that <br /> the YMCA purchased the space so the public would know that space is <br /> not being given away free . The school district also would like to <br /> purchase a space in the summer schedule for their summer program . Mr . <br /> Ferrando indicated that utilizing this system would also reduce the <br /> City ' s cost for postage as these groups would share a portion of the <br /> postage cost . <br /> MOTION : There being no further business , Commissioner <br /> Weintraub moved , seconded by Commissioner Buck- <br /> hout , that the meeting be adjourned to March 3 , <br /> 1977 , at 7 : 30 p . m . , for a joint meeting with <br /> the Civic Cultural Commission . The motion <br /> carried unanimously by voice vote and the <br /> meeting was adjourned at 10 : 51 p . m . <br /> - 6- <br />
