ROUND TABLE <br /> Commissioner Buckhout indicated that he had attended a San Mateo County <br /> public meeting on parks and found that the public response was toward <br /> neighborhood parks in the area . <br /> Commissioner Weintraub indicated to the Commission that she will be <br /> absent from the Commission meetings in July and August due to family <br /> vacation . <br /> Commissioner Anderson was approached by some of the Little League par- <br /> ents that use Franklin School wanting to know if there are any available <br /> bleachers for seating purposes . Mr . Weeks indicated that he believed <br /> Franklin was one of the schools scheduled to have bleachers and that <br /> he would look into it . <br /> Chairperson Pound asked if there was an election in June for Commission <br /> officers . Mr . Weeks replied affirmatively . Chairperson Pound suggested <br /> that the nominations and election be done at the May meeting . This was <br /> agreeable to the Commission . <br /> Commissioner Weintraub indicated that she could no longer attend the <br /> Historical Landmark Task Force Meetings . Discussion ensued and Commis - <br /> sioner Anderson was appointed to relieve Commissioner Weintraub in this <br /> function . <br /> MOTION : There being no further business , Commissioner <br /> Knecht moved , seconded by Commissioner Buck - <br /> hout , that the meeting be adjourned . The <br /> motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> and the meeting was adjourned at 10 : 23 p . m . <br />
