It is proposed to utilize the $9 , 773 of <br /> Revenue Sharing funds and only $9 , 751 of Capital Outlay funds for <br /> a total of $ 19 , 524 in order to meet the 25% matching fund require- <br /> ment for S8174 block grants . This leaves a balance of $38 , 763 in <br /> the Capital Outlay . <br /> C . As mentioned above , it is proposed that applications be prepared <br /> for Need Basis Grants for initial development of Fleishman and <br /> Spinas Parks . Deadline for these applications for fiscal 78-79 <br /> is October 1 , 1977 . This work would approximate a total of $ 52 , 940 <br /> which would require $17 , 645 in matching funds . The $38 , 763 balance <br /> in the Capital Outlay would provide these funds and be reduced by <br /> $17 , 645 leaving a balance of approximately $21 , 118 . It should be <br /> noted that these additional projects would not require additional <br /> maintenance expenditures in that they would replace existing facili - <br /> ties . A summary of individual areas is as follows . <br /> 1 . Fleishman Park <br /> SB174 Needs Grant - $25 , 790 <br /> Capital Outlay ( 25% matching ) - 8 , 595 <br /> $34 , 385 <br /> This would be used to redevelop the existing play area .
