Review as -built / record documents and other pertinent reports / documents <br /> relevant to the Project site. <br /> 4. Provide digital topographic survey for the Project. <br /> 5. Develop existing conditions base plan for the Project. <br /> 6. Coordinate with CITY Community Development Department staff to define, <br /> research and coordinate environmental review, CEQA compliance, coordination, <br /> process and obtain certifications required by the State, CiTY and other <br /> responsible entities for the Project. <br /> 7. Determine methodology for synthetic turf material selection acceptable to CiTY. <br /> TASK 2 — INITIAL DESIGN (50% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> This initial design will be used as the basis for the development of the Final Design. The <br /> tasks Consultant shall complete include, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Attend one meeting with CITY to review findings and Project recommendations <br /> from TASK 1. Provide meeting agenda and meeting minutes for review by CITY. <br /> 2. Set -up CAD background files and applicable drawing sheets for Project. <br /> 3. Develop 50% Construction Document (CD) Submittal package (three hard copy <br /> sets and 1 electronic pdf file). The package will include, but not be limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> a. Cover sheet <br /> b. Existing conditions plans <br /> c. Demolition plans <br /> d. Grading and drainage plans <br /> e. Layout/ material plans <br /> f. Electrical drawings <br /> g. Construction details <br /> h. Technical specifications <br /> i. Identification of possible staging areas <br /> j. Temporary construction easements <br /> k. General and construction notes <br /> I. Construction phasing options <br /> m. Preliminary statement of probable construction costs. <br /> 4. Design calculations and analysis will include all of the following: <br /> a. Engineering calculations; <br /> b. Any miscellaneous technical data; <br /> c.
