Contact utilities agencies and coordinate relocation, if necessary. Show potential <br /> relocated utilities on drawings to CITY. <br /> 7. In coordination with CITY Community Development Department staff, <br /> CONSULTANT shall develop supporting documentation for environmental and <br /> CEQA compliance, clearance, and review, and for tennis court community <br /> outreach which shall include, but not be limited to: <br /> a. traffic, noise, lighting studies and other implicated environmental issues and <br /> concerns; and, <br /> b. USTA regulations and other required information. <br /> 8. Attend/ support one (1) public meeting relating to the above- referenced <br /> environmental and CEQA compliance, clearance and review issues. <br /> 9. Attend/ support one (1) meeting related to tennis community input. <br /> TASK 3 — PRE DESIGN (90% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> Consultant shall complete the following tasks, which include, but are not limited to, the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Develop 90% CD Submittal package (six hard copy sets and one electronic pdf <br /> file) based upon the comments received on the 50% submittal package. The <br /> package will include, but not be limited to the following: <br /> a. Cover sheet <br /> b. Existing conditions plans <br /> c. Demolition plans <br /> d. Grading and drainage plans <br /> e. Layout/ material plans <br /> f. General and construction notes <br /> g. Construction phasing options <br /> h. Electrical drawings <br /> i. Construction details (including Structural) <br /> j. Technical specifications <br /> k. Possible staging areas <br /> I. Temporary construction easements <br /> m. Plan and profile drawings as appropriate <br /> n. Statement of probable construction costs <br /> 2. Design calculations and analysis will include all: <br /> a. Final engineering calculations; <br /> b. Any miscellaneous technical data; <br /> c. Maintenance considerations; and, <br /> d.
