three (3) days after interrogation. At the City's discretion, the data submittals may be reduced to a biweekly basis after the first two (2)weeks if the initial data appears to be good. The final data shall be compiled following removal of the flow meters and the rain gauge. In the event that more than one flow meter fails to provide usable data during a significant storm event (> 0.5 inches of rainfall in 24 hours), Consultant shall extend the monitoring period for up to two (2)weeks at no additional cost to the City. Deliverable: Consultant shall provide the City with a Flow Monitoring Report (3 copies) containing site details and pictures;field installation and maintenance sheets including calibration data; depth-velocity scatter plots; 7-day plots of flow for each meter and rainfall for each r�in gauge; and summary tabulation of daily average, minimum, and peak flow for each flow meter. Electronic files shall be submitted in Excel format containing depth, velocity, and flow rates for each meter and rainfall for each rain gauge in 15-minute intervals. Final report and data shall be delivered within three (3) weeks of completion of flow monitoring. Consultant shall perForm all the worlc in the best workmanlike manner, conforming to all applicable standards, specifications, codes, laws, and regulations. Consultant shall take all necessary safety precautions and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations including those relevant to work in confined spaces. Consultant shall comply with all applicable traffic control requirements including those of the City or agency with jurisdiction over the meter sites. TIME SCHEDULE Consultant shall meet the scheduling requirements as described in the Scope of Worlc and the scheduling milestones as follow: Site Reconnaissance of inetering sites: November 14,2014 Documentation of Field Reconnaissance: November 19, 2014 Approval of Sites by City(if changes are required): November 26, 2014 Meters and rain gauge installed and operating: December 4, 2014 First data batch reported to City: December 19, 2014 Meters Removed: February 6, 2015 Final Report: February 27, 2015 The removal of the flow meters and the submission of the�nal report may be delayed if the City extend the flow monitoring period. FEE SCHEDULE City shall pay the consultant the following amount to install nine(9)flow monitoring meters and one(1) rain gauge for 60 days period and an option to extend the flow monitoring period to up to one month as follows: The Consultant shall be paid per percentage of work accomplished at the end of the month.
