("IGP"), waive the minor irregularities in <br /> Dryco Construction, Inc.'s bid, and award the contract for Fair Oaks Elementary <br /> School Sport Field Improvement Project to the lowest responsible bidder, Dryco <br /> Construction, Inc. of Fremont, California, for their low bid of $803,876.00. <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote. MINUTE ORDER 04-76 <br /> C.
