� . ... .� ' �.....� ;a�` REPORT OF PARENT-TEACHER ORGANIZATION VISITATIONS, JANUARY 1976 During the month of January nine (9) visitations were made to interested Parent-Teacher Organizations concerning our after-school recreation prog- ram. A "flip chart" was used to insure continuity in each presentation. The purpose for our making these presentations about the after-school recreation program was three-fold: 1 . To discuss the previous program and what brought about the change. ' 2. To discuss new program concepts in both sports and other recreation programs. 3. To receive input from Parent-Teacher Organizations concerning our new after-school program concepts. The general response from all the meetings was supportive and positive. Many program ideas were received and are currently under consideration in both next year's sports proc�ram segment and our up and coming "roving leader" spring program. At the conclusion of our visual (flip chart) presentation we discussed specific program areas and asked those in attendance for comments and any sugges- tions they might have with respect to both the current sports program and the anticipated spring roving leader concept.
