In an effort to possibly identify problems which might be <br /> a factor in participation the Division is preparing a questionnaire which will <br /> allow program participants to evaluate current programs and make suggestions <br /> for future activities. <br /> Mr. Paulson stated that he would submit a written report to the Commission <br /> summarizing the information gathered from the PTA meetings and the question- <br /> naire. � o <br /> OTHER REPORTS: <br /> , <br /> Mr. Weeks indicated that the Department had received a copy of the Preliminary <br /> Report of the San Mateo County Off Road Recreation Vehicle Study and that it <br /> would be available in the office and invited the Commission to view it at <br /> their leisure. <br /> MOTION: Commissioner Weintraub moved to accept the Monthly <br /> � Reports, seconded by Commissioner Wilson. The <br /> motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> ROUND TABLE <br /> Commissioner Wilson announced that he was retiring and that as of June 1976 he <br /> would be leaving the state to take up permanent residence in Albuquerque, New <br /> Mexico. He indicated that the t�lay meeting would be his last active meeting <br /> as a Commissioner. <br /> ADJOURPlMENT <br /> MOTION: There being no further business Commissioner Wilson <br /> moved that the meeting be adjourned, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Weintraub. The motion carried unanimously <br /> by voice vote and the meeting was adjourned at 8:46 P.M. <br /> -4- <br />
