Those present <br /> were Commissioners Rollins, Pound, and 4Jilson. <br /> The Committee met to continue their discussion relative to changing <br /> the building use rules and regulations in order to more easily accommo- <br /> date local service organizations. In that service groups are currently <br /> in Group IV priority and must make reservations for a single event only, <br /> it is felt a change in the rules are necessary to more adequately accommo- <br /> date these groups. <br /> It was the concensus of the Committee that a new group category be <br /> established which would provide certain criteria for service groups as <br /> well as define which service groups would qualify for continued use. <br /> The staff will prepare several options for the Committee's consideration <br /> at their next meeting. <br /> File 8.5.3 <br /> -5- <br />
