The bidding and <br /> contract award process for the project should be completed during the <br /> month of April and construction should be under way the first part of May . <br /> Mezes Park <br /> The construction drawings and specifications for Phase II of Mezes Park <br /> are now complete and are being currently reviewed by the various depart- <br /> ments concerned .
