D } <br /> It was decided that the regular business meeting would be adjourned until <br /> 7 : 30 P . M . on Thursday , February 19th , at which time these additional park <br /> priorities would be considered . <br /> REPORT ITEM 2 - Operational Policy Committee Report <br /> MOTION : Commissioner Pound , seconded by Commissioner Rollins , moved <br /> to accept the Operational Policy Committee report as <br /> submitted . The motion carried unanimously by voice vote . <br /> REPORT ITEM 3 - Monthly Reports <br /> Commissioner Weintraub moved , seconded by Commissioner <br /> Rollins , that the departmental monthly reports and other <br /> monthly reports be accepted as submitted . The motion <br /> carried unanimously by voice vote . <br /> Commissioner Knecht suggested that it might be very advantageous if the Commission <br /> were to take a tour of all the city ' s facilities . It was decided that this <br /> could be scheduled at the next regular business meeting . <br /> ROUND TABLE <br /> At the request of Commissioner Weintraub , Mr . Weeks briefed the Commission on <br /> the latest meeting of the Downtown Action Committee . Mr . Weeks indicated that <br /> the majority of the discussion revolved around the parking problems in the <br /> downtown area . Additionally , there was some discussion about the art show <br /> which the Civic Cultural Commission would conduct in the downtown area in May . <br /> Recreation Superintendent Paulson reviewed for the Commission some of the pre - <br /> liminary projects and ideas that would be involved in the family fun day being <br /> planned to open and dedicate Red Morton Community Park in June . Mr . Paulson <br /> indicated that more specific information regarding this activity would be avail - <br /> able to the Commission as plans are solidified . <br /> MOTION : There being no further business , it was moved by <br /> Commissioner Weintraub , seconded by Commissioner Wilson , <br /> to adjourn the meeting to the meeting of February 19 , 1975 <br /> at 7 : 30 P . M . at the Community Activities Building , 1400 <br /> Roosevelt Avenue , Redwood City , California . The motion <br /> carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 10 : 29 P .
