Open Space <br /> MOTION : Commissioner Pound moved , seconded by Commissioner <br /> Rollins , that the Open Space Report be accepted <br /> as presented . Operational Policy <br /> MOTION : Commissioner Pound moved , seconded by Commissioner <br /> Aldrich , that the Operation Report be accepted as <br /> presented .
