Senior Center Architectural Studies <br /> The architectural consultant , Kingsford Jones , has submitted the first <br /> draft of the final report of the architectural studies being prepared <br /> for the Senior Center . This report will be reviewed by the staff after <br /> which the report will be reviewed by the full Senior Center Study Com- <br /> mittee . The staff has also been working with the Planning Department <br /> and the Public Works Department relative to the site proposals and the <br /> master plan for the Senior Center . <br /> The Sub-Committee on Financing has also met to explore the various <br /> methods of funding for the project . Their final recommendations will <br /> be included in the final report together with the estimated maintenance <br /> and operational costs for the Center if constructed . <br /> - 9 - <br />
