Programs at Hoover have included a
"Day on the Green" concert to celebrate Mexican Independence and staff
has use of a room 3 days a week for students to come to for socializing
and special programs. At Mcinley, the staff will be there 3 days and
has already assisted in establishing inter-mural teams in football ,
started a disco dance class, and set up weekly meetings with the student
= advisor. A student activities room has been established at tcKinley
and will be shared with the PTA.
At Kennedy, things are moving a little more slowly and no structured
programs for lunch time are being planned yet.
Other activities at the schools currently include cheerleading and om
pom clinics.
