Commissioner * Knecht inquired as to whether it was appropriate to recom- <br /> mend to the Council which specific funding option should be considered . <br /> Mr . Weeks replied that as part of the cover letter which would go to the <br /> Council , it would be appropriate to suggest that the Council consider <br /> all funding options . Several Commissioners expressed the opinion that <br /> the recommendation of specific funding options was not a matter with <br /> which the Commissioner should concern itself at this time . At the con- <br /> clusion of the discussion , the following motion was made : <br /> MOTION : Commissioner Knecht moved , seconded by Commis- <br /> sioner Schlesinger to accept the Architectural <br /> Study and Report together with the recommenda- <br /> tions of the Senior Center Study Committee and <br /> recommend to the City Council their acceptance <br /> of the report and the Committee ' s recommendations <br /> and to urge the City Council to act with haste <br /> with respect to the implementation of the plan . <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote . <br /> Chairperson Pound thanked the members of the Senior Center Study Committee <br /> for their diligent work over the past two years which had resulted in two <br /> outstanding reports . She expressed the desire of continuing to work with <br /> the Committee on this project depending upon the decisions relative to <br /> implementation . <br /> AGENDA ITEM 2 . Discussion of the Disclosure Forms - Conflict of Interest <br /> Code <br /> Mr . Weeks briefed the Commission on the two types of forms which were <br /> available : one for those who had no economic interest to disclose and <br /> a longer form for those who did . In response to an inquiry by Commis- <br /> sioner Weintraub , Mr . Weeks indicated that the deadline for filing the <br /> forms was December 1st . <br /> Commissioner Buckhout indicated that he needed some clarification and <br /> guidance in completion of his form . Mr . Weeks suggested that Commis - <br /> sioner Buckhout contact Deputy City Attorney Riback and discuss his <br /> particular situation with him . Mr . Weeks reminded the other Commis- <br /> sioners that if they were in need of assistance with respect to this <br /> matter , that the City Attorney ' s office was available to them . <br /> REPORTS <br /> Report Item 1 . - Design and Development Committee Report <br /> MOTION : Connnissioner Weintraub moved to accept the <br /> Design and Development Committee report , <br /> seconded by Commissioner Knecht .
