RECREATION DIVISION MONTHLY REPORT <br /> DECEMBER 1976 <br /> ADULT SPORTS <br /> Co-Ed Volleyball <br /> During the month of December , the first round of the Co - Ed Volleyball <br /> League ended . Eleven teams participated . A league meeting was held <br /> and a second round was scheduled with games scheduled to start on <br /> January 5th . <br /> Adult Basketball <br /> League organization meetings were held in December . Fifty-four teams <br /> will be participating in the Second Half League . Play is scheduled to <br /> start on January 3rd . <br /> Drop- In Recreation Program at Sequoia <br /> During the school Christmas Holidays , the Sequoia Gymnasium was opened <br /> to the public for drop- in basketball . The gym was opened daily between <br /> 11 : 00 and 5 : 00 p . m . Attendance was approximately 80- 100 per day . <br /> - 11 - <br />
