Mary Henderson said she thought it ought to be . Gene Moriguchi agreed . Bob Norris said that he thinks what ' s going to happen is that when the Committee comes down to setting real numbers to the proportion of the Shores that should be given over to low/moderate-income housing that any proposal will be acceptable to the Shores only if it is city-wide . Jim Fales said that he could show that there was low/moderate -income housing elsewhere in the City , but none in Redwood Shores . Gene Moriguchi said that he thought it was important to come up with some sort of guidelines before the Mobil package comes before the Council . Dave Ransom suggested that the meeting discussing the Shores be scheduled in the evening when more people could attend . Mary Henderson said that the next IiCC meeting was on the day before Thanksgiving and having a night meeting that night would not be a good idea .
