Staff explained <br /> that the proposal had received preliminary review by the City Coun- <br /> cil in early spring during budget sessions and that it had been <br /> included in the budget as a program, however without fiscal alloca- <br /> tions . <br /> Chairman Keckley stated that the Committee would hold further dis- <br /> cussions and that upon reaching their recommendations , it would be <br /> forwarded to the Planning Commission as a separate item, as originally <br /> planned . <br /> At 8 : 40 a . m. , Rev . Bimson moved to adjourn, duly seconded by Mr . <br /> Moriguchi . <br />
