CITY <br /> By April 30, 2015 the City shall develop a narrative description and conceptual plans of <br /> its proposed improvements in sufficient detail to be evaluated under CEQA, including the <br /> approximate square footage of its proposed facilities proposed to be constructed on <br /> property other than the Leased Premises, at Red Morton Park. The anticipated programs <br /> that will determine these facilities include: <br /> Senior Programs (Theatre, Greenhouse,Arts&Crafts) <br /> Computer Access, Programs, Games, etc. <br /> Services for the Disabled (Adaptive PE, AFAR) <br /> Veterans and Senior Clubs <br /> Youth Sports and Recreational Activities <br /> Afterschool organized sports <br /> Gymnasium activities <br /> Performing Arts <br /> Day Camps <br /> Childcare/Afterschool <br /> Library <br /> All City facilities to be constructed at City's sole cost and expense.
