She added there is no cost, no liability, and no staffing impacts. One <br /> Council Member said that Ms. Ramberg summarized this very well because the City is <br /> merely offering these programs as benefit to the community with a disclaimer about <br /> possible implications. Mayor Gee concurred that the issue is to read carefully before <br /> you sign and there are some issues that may go with these programs and the public <br /> should be aware of them. <br /> Dr. Bell said that this was brought to the Environmental Initiatives Committee and there <br /> was concurrence. <br /> M/S Aguirre/Pierce to approve the staff recommendations (two resolutions).
