Each process varies,the basic procedure is to select process type (drop down list), Name the process, <br /> Choose Participants,then perform the process(write,edit,send) <br /> Process is used to track the varied activities that occur in a recruitment. It could include a letter to notify or <br /> communicate with applicant, invitation to event,score results of test/interview/rank, a list of applicants or <br /> designate a hire. <br /> After selecting the type,give the process a meaningful name. Next Button <br /> 11.2. Choose Participants Options <br /> Next step is to choose the participants you want to communicate with. By default any applicant eliminated <br /> does not appear in the list of Applicant Names.Select by Applicant Name (Default) <br /> • Quick Select: Uses the Groups <br /> • Sort By:Change the Applicant Listing order(First Name, Last Name,Group, Dept. Rating, HR Rating) <br /> • Default—Group with Select All Button at top. <br /> Select by Process <br /> • Check Box to select the process. Hover over name will show the list of names in that process. <br /> Next Button <br /> 11.3. If Letter type it will ask you to select from Template or Click New to create a new letter. <br /> Select Existing template it can be edited for this notification.The updated message is kept with the <br /> recruitment, doesn't change template. <br /> Agency has ability to add attachment to notification. <br /> 11.4. Scoring/Ranking Letters:Ability to customize each letter sent, not just the template. <br /> 11.5.Ability for HR to send notifications even if not all applications have been rated. (Override of earlier rule). <br /> 11.6. If Invitation type, it will ask for Location, Event Date, Event Time. Types of Options: <br /> • Allow agency to specify a specific date and time for each applicant <br /> • Ability for the system to automatically assign times(with agency setting up length of time, number of <br /> slots and ability to block times) <br /> • Allow candidates to use a link in email to schedule their time based on available slots. (Set up similar to <br /> above). <br /> 11.7. When ready click SEND button. Message will appear saying how many recipients will be notified. Number <br /> Page 7 of 16 <br />
