Show conductors by <br /> size, number, voltage and type of insulation. <br /> ~ Riser Diaaram: A riser diagram with notations shall indicate the use, <br /> rating and location of panel and equipment. Detail the interconnection <br /> between panels and equipment. Detail the interconnection between <br /> panels and equipment and connection to supply. <br /> ~ Sinale-Line Diaaram: Provide a single-line diagram to simplify <br /> understanding of power, lighting, telephone and control systems. Use <br /> single lines and symbols to indicate the course and component devices <br /> or parts of the electrical circuits. <br /> ~ Liahtina Plan: Lighting fixtures shall be clearly indicated with <br /> dimensioned sketches and description, including the method of hanging. <br /> Maintained light levels in lumens shall be shown throughout the facility <br /> for both general and task lighting. <br /> ~ Seismic Anchoraae: Plans shall include sufficient details for the <br /> attachment and anchorage of all electrical equipment and fixtures so as <br /> to be in compliance with the current issues of codes and regulations. <br /> g. Fire Protection: Fire protection design shall include zone plans, pipe riser <br /> diagrams, design load calculations and, if required, pump room layout plan. <br /> Clearly show locations of emergency fire pull stations, fire hose cabinets, lock <br /> boxes and any other fire alarm appurtenances. <br /> h. Cathodic Protection: Cathodic Protection design shall be provided for all <br /> facilities subject to corrosion. This includes but not limited to waterlines, <br /> fittings, and any other appurtenances. <br /> i. Audio Visual Plans (If option selected by City): Special audio visual <br /> equipment shall be shown on plans to show the location and size of screens, <br /> projectors, monitors, microphones and any other equipment that are planned. <br /> The audio visual plans shall be coordinated with all the other drawings to <br /> insure there are no conflicts with other systems. <br /> j. Specifications: The final specifications shall include Diyision One as <br /> provided by the City; as well as Special Conditions as required for the project <br /> ard all other technical specifications. <br /> k. Construction Cost Estimate: Prepare an updated detailed cost estimate of <br /> probable construction cost that is within the estimated construction cost <br /> (ECC) of $10,500,000. If the probable construction cost exceeds the ECC, <br /> the architect shall submit to the City additive bid items for consideration. <br /> -11- <br />
