<br /> I. Schedule and Submittals: Submit final signed mylar plans, final <br /> specifications manual and detailed cost estimate to the City within 120 <br /> calendar days after approval of the Design Development Design. Include all <br /> calculations and any other documents required for a City Building Permit. <br /> m. Meetings: Various meetings with the Community, core group, City Staff. City <br /> Council, Boards or Commissions will be required for this project. During the <br /> preparation of the design it is anticipated there will be a minimum of 12 <br /> meetings. Preparation, attendance. documentation of all meetings shall be <br /> awarded on the basis of reimbursable time and material for each meeting. An <br /> allowance shall be set aside for these meetings, and invoiced by the <br /> consultant on a monthly basis. <br /> 4. Construction Administration: Construction Administration shall include the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Bidding and Award Phase: <br /> a. Attend pre-bid conference and issue addendum, as required to clarify <br /> the bid documents. <br /> b. Review all bids for completeness and accuracy and provide <br /> recommendation to the City for award. <br /> c. An allowance will be set aside for this task and the consultant shall <br /> submit an invoice to the City accordingly for reimbursement. <br /> 2. Construction Phase: <br /> a. Fixed Fee Items: <br /> i. On an as-needed basis, interpret the technical requirements of <br /> the contract documents and advise the City on technical <br /> instructions to the Contractor. <br /> ii. Prepare supplemental sketches as required by the City and/or <br /> requested by the Contractor to clarify or supplement the original <br /> contract documents. <br /> iil. Review and respond to all requests for information, as <br /> requested by the Contractor in regards to clarification of the <br /> 'I contract documents. <br /> iv. Review up to two (2) submittals appropriate professional action <br /> on laboratory, shop and mill tests, and reports of equipment <br /> performance, shop drawings, samples and any other <br /> submissions of the Contractor for conformance with the design <br /> -12- <br />
